THE CHADS BRING THEIR HIGH-ENERGY POP PUNK SKA TO 89 NORTH IN PATCHOGUE ON JUNE 19

Long Island’s Own The Chads Set to Light Up One of Suffolk County’s Premier Live Music Venues

LONG ISLAND, NY — Long Island pop punk ska band The Chads are bringing their infectious, crowd-moving sound to 89 North in Patchogue on Thursday, June 19, 2026. The show promises to deliver everything fans have come to expect from one of the Island’s most electrifying live acts — catchy hooks, danceable energy, and a performance that leaves no one standing still.

The Chads — Joy Van Axen, Michael Khan, Mark Warga, and Santino Farro — have been steadily building one of the most enthusiastic followings on the Long Island music scene, fueled by a sound that blends the best of pop, punk, rock, and ska into something entirely their own.

Drawing comparisons to heavyweights like No Doubt and U2, the band has proven time and again that great original music doesn’t need to come from a coast to matter — it just needs to hit hard and feel good.

Fresh off winning the WEHM Battle of the Bands, a featured performance on the Jumbalaya Stage at the Great South Bay Music Festival, and a spotlight appearance on WPIX’s New York Living, The Chads are riding serious momentum into 2026 — including plans to enter Dream Studios with producer Jason Mekler to record a new EP. The June 19 show at 89 North is the perfect opportunity to catch the band at full speed before the next chapter begins.
